High Holy Days Services Order Form 2025
$0.00
Dear Members & Friends:
Rosh Hashanah will be celebrated on Monday evening, September 22 (Erev) and on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 23 and 24. Yom Kippur will be observed on Wednesday night October 1 (Kol Nidre) and Thursday October 2. Our High Holy Days services will be led by Rabbi Michael S. Jay and Cantor Sara Geller and conducted both in person in the Synagogue and on Zoom.
This year we will be introducing a new Seating plan. Seating in either the Sanctuary or the Social Hall will be $100 each for Members and $200 each for non-members. If you wish to reserve seats in the Sanctuary there is an additional cost per reserved seat of $50. This will be your reserved seat for all the High Holy Days. See the enclosed chart to choose your seat(s). We suggest that individuals requesting reserved seating do so as soon as possible.
On the day of services, any unreserved Sanctuary seats will be open to all ticket holders.
All those who want to go on Zoom Only must purchase a ticket. All tickets include Zoom link information for your use for any day or part of the day of High Holy Days services. Due to security concerns, we will be providing actual paper tickets to each congregant who purchases a ticket.
Included in this High Holy Days booklet is a section to fill out for your holiday greetings to the congregation and the list of your loved ones for the Book of Remembrance (see Order Form).
Our Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services will include opportunities for congregants to receive an Aliyah of which congregants will be individually advised.
Please make your reservation by sending Pages 3 & 4 of this booklet with your payment to the JCC Office, 2411 Long Beach Blvd., Spray Beach, NJ 08008. Congregants who wish to borrow a High Holy Day Machzor for home use may do so by contacting the JCC office.
We look forward to you joining us for the High Holy Days this year. Please know that in the coming weeks we will provide you with particulars regarding youth services, our annual High Holidays Raffle and a Break the Fast gathering at the JCC.
Shanah Tovah! May 5786 be a Happy, Healthy and Sweet New Year for you and your family!
With warmest wishes,
Rabbi Michael S. Jay
